At JAX Outdoor Gear, Farm & Ranch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, new condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
